Brekky smoothie, 3 mins, no added sugar

Brekky smoothie

  • Blend 2 cups of low fat milk, 1/2 a cup of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of rolled oats and 1 ripe banana.
  • Serve immediately in a tall glass.
  • 2 serves.

Citrus and mint water, 5 mins, no added sugar

Citrus & mint water (iced tea alternative)

  • Add 1 sliced lemon, a handful of mint and 6 slices of cucumber to a jug.
  • Mix with 1 litre of sparkling or still water and lots of ice.
  • 6 serves.

Iced coffee, 5 mins, no added sugar

Iced coffee

  • Refrigerate a shot of coffee.
  • Once cold, add to a glass with cold milk.
  • Add lots of ice.
  • Stir and enjoy.
  • 1 serve.

Strawberry and mint sparkling water, 5 mins, no added sugar

Strawberry and mint sparkling water

  • Add 8 sliced strawberries and a handful of mint to a jug.
  • Mix with 1 litre of sparkling or still water and lots of ice.
  • 6 serves.
