Oncology Resource Guide for Dietitians - thumbnail The Oncology Resource Guide for Dietitians (PDF 0.33mb) is intended for private practice and community health dietitians in Victoria to support their nutritional management of oncology patients. It includes:

  • pre-existing guidance materials and resources
  • information about services, programs, and accessing supplements 
  • and a location map of dietitians.   

The Nutrition and Cancer booklet can help people affected by cancer understand more about nutrition and dietary requirements during and after their cancer treatment. It includes information about eating problems during treatment and getting the most from food.  

The Taste and Smell Changes fact sheet can help cancer patients understand more about the possible effects of cancer treatments on their experience of eating. It includes tips about how these changes can be managed.  

The Malnutrition and Cancer fact sheet can help people understand why they may be at risk of malnutrition and how it can be prevented.
