Counterpart - women supporting women with cancer

Women's Health Victoria

Counterpart connects, supports and informs women living with any type or stage of cancer to live well. The organisation's trained Peer Support Volunteers are women who have had cancer themselves. They can provide emotional and practical support, hope and reassurance, and assistance in finding reliable information. Counterpart also runs online and face-to-face events, where individuals can learn, try something new or connect with other women who have experienced cancer. All services offered are free. Counterpart is a service of Women's Health Victoria and is supported by the Victorian government.
