Our respected judges have once again done an amazing job short listing and commending our entries. Every year these high-profile specialists donate their time and expertise to ensure that the Arts Awards remains a highly regarded program.

Film: Deb Verhoeven, writer, broadcaster, film critic and lecturer
Visual art: Kelly Gellatly, Curator of Contemporary Art, National Gallery of Victoria
Short story: Arnold Zable, acclaimed writer and story teller
Poetry: Jennifer Harrison, renowned poet
Indigenous art: Lee Darroch, Yorta Yorta woman, Indigenous artist and owner of Gurranyin Arts
Children's art: Mitch Vane, illustrator and painter
Children's writing: Tony Wilson, children's author

Exhibition

All the winning entries and selection of other works will be on display at the Cancer Council Victoria Arts Awards Exhibition, which begins in Melbourne and then tours throughout regional Victoria. Admission is free. Dates and venues below.
